TERMS OF PHURCHASE

Orders can only be placed by people who are 18 years or older. Please read the following terms and conditions before ordering. By using our website and / or placing an order on this website, you unconditionally accept the terms. These terms and conditions may be changed at any time by the Marble Shop at its sole discretion without prior notice. Please note that the valid version of the terms and conditions of your order is the version that was in effect at the time you placed the order. Orders & Availability
An order confirmation will be sent to you via email once your order has been placed. Marmorshoppen does not guarantee that all items included in the Marmorshoppen.dk/Marmorshoppen.com webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is not available, the Marble Shop will soon contact you via e-mail.

Inaccuracies on the website
The Marble Shop cannot guarantee that the content of the website is at all times free from inaccuracies or typographical errors, nor can we guarantee that all the information is up to date. Although the Marble Shop strives to always display the correct texts, images and prices on the website and its webshop, errors may occur. The Marble Shop may change the content of the Website at any time and reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch if we find out that the price is incorrect. In such a case, we will notify you by email and allow you to place a new order with the correct price or cancel your order. If we can not contact you, your order will be canceled automatically.

Prices
In the webshop, the prices for each item are displayed. If your country is part of the European Union (EU), the prices include Danish VAT of 25%. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and / or taxes imposed when your package reaches your country. We can not predict what your special fees may be. If you incur such additional fees, they must be handed over so that your package can be cleared through customs. Contact your local customs office for more information. Orders to Norway are not subject to VAT. Please note that import duties are charged when your package reaches customs.

Insurance
The marble shop insures each package during its transport time and until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, after which the responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that a signature from such a third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment of the Marble Shop.

Return policy
You always have the right to return any of your standard stock items within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to confirm your return before ordering transportation. You must return the products to our warehouse at your own expense. We accept NO returns of sales products. All returns are sent only with the Marble Shop's recommended return policy. Return fee of 390 DKK applies.

Important return information
When shopping online, pay attention to your consumption. Treatment of returns has an environmental impact, and the Marble Shop considers free returns as an unsustainable price. Therefore, a fee is charged for returning products purchased at the Marble Shop. This surcharge is a small step for the Marble Shop to limit the direct climate effect.
You are entitled to a full refund of the purchased item or items if the product (s) is in exactly the same condition as you received them. Please note that if the product (s) has lost its value due to your handling of the product (s) to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or functions, you are obliged to reimburse us. In order for you to receive a full refund, you must make sure that the item / items are in the same condition as you received them in the original packaging.
Items must be returned to us within 14 days upon receipt of your withdrawal notice. Refunds for returned items will be made to the original buyer's credit card or PayPal account within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, provided we have received the product or proof that the product / products have been returned to us. Please note that additional duties and / or taxes are non-refundable. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. Please note that orders paid by invoice can only be refunded by bank transfer.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

- All types of projects that we sell according to your needs can therefore not be returned from the day the order is placed and the product has begun to be manufactured.

Damaged products
The marble shop ensures that all products are carefully inspected in a quality control before they are sent to our customers. We work hard to avoid damage or defects in our products. If you find out that an item is damaged or otherwise defective despite this, please contact us at sales@marmorshoppen.dk for further consultation. You will be replaced with a new sample of that item if a new one is available. If not, you will be refunded the original price of the item and the return cost. If the damaged item followed an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded. You will be asked to always examine your received products already at the time of delivery and report any deviations from your order confirmation to us as soon as possible. We will return your funds as soon as possible within 30 days from the date you returned the item, and it was received by the Marble Shop, and we have found that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. Always keep your receipt. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.

We can not guarantee that the colors shown on the website in detail reflect the colors of the stone in reality. The colors can be reflected in different ways depending on e.g. Your computer or phone screen, graphics card, and computer settings.
